The rod is in superb condition as it has been beautifully refurbished/converted by Andrew, he has converted a Sharpes eighty-eight into a “Roach Rod” which has a beautiful soft through action which makes it an ideal rod for Roach and silverfish. Complete with a smooth detachable cork handle, with knurled alloy reel slides, lined guide ring with stand-off rings throughout, ferrule stopper and a good quality replacement bag.
