The rod is in mint condition as it has never been used.

The rod is 10’10” with whole cane butt and split cane middle and top, the split cane sections are specially baked darker to accurately reflect the springy cane of Bob Southwell. The rod is stunning looking with a 21″ cork handle with slim onion handle, high quality blued brass reel bands, collar, butt cap and a specially made spigot ferrules with nice shaped ebony ferrule stoppers, lined butt and tip rings with low bell intermediates and hook keeper ring, whipped in dark green silk with extra fine intermediate whips. A delightful lightweight all round rod built to the highest quality.
