Description

In very good original condition, complete with original ivory handle, full length un-filed brass foot, smooth constant check, nicely knurled edges to both rims,  NO cracks, chips, line grooves or repairs and retaining 95% of its original, factory lead finish, early calliper check spring,  there is no “D” stamped inside but my experience leads me to believe that this is most certainly made by Mr Dingley.
