The five medals were award to Dr lewis  & Mrs Lewis for

Chub 5lb 4oz on the River Avon in 1938 (Mrs Lewis – Mrs Silver Doctor)

Perch 2lb 15oz on the River Avon in 1934

Perch 2lb 9oz on the River Avon in 1938 (Mrs Lewis – Mrs Silver Doctor)

Chub 7lb 6oz in 1932

Perch 2lb 12oz in 1932

There is also a copy of Dr Lewis’ book “ANGLING FROM MANY ANGLES” which makes this whole package a wonderful piece of angling history.
