In very good condition as I doubt it has been used, and complete with a smooth cork handle (still with the plastic wrap on) with an uplocking reel seat, pink ceramic butt ring with snake rings throughout, orange silk whippings tipped with red,  and original Hardy rod bag which is also in very good condition.
