In very good condition as it has been very well looked after and stored correctly, it is in full working order with no cracks, chips, line grooves, corrosion or repairs, and no wobble or free-play on the spool or winding plate, the reel consists of original ivory handle, full-length smooth brass foot, nickel silver strapped rim tension screw with Turk’s head locking nut, 1906 caliper check and nickel silver revolving line guide mounted in a square brass frame. The reel has a nice lead finish and the winding plate is stamped with the Hardy rod in hand and straight line logos.
BLOCK LEATHER CASE
In very good condition, but as you can see the leather is around the buckle, the stitching is intact and the fittings and fabric inside are in very good condition. On the lid is neatly engraved the initials C.M.
