This is one of a number of rare reels from a large collection that I have been asked to sell on behalf of a client, they have all been very well looked after and stored correctly.

THE REEL

In very good condition and in full working order, with no cracks, chips, line grooves or repairs. Consisting of its original ivory handle, full-length unfiled integral brass foot, very good flat caliper check and pawl, open race with phosphor bronze ball bearings and strapped rim tension screw, large and small perforated spool, rod in hand and enclosed oval logos. This is one of the finest all brass perfects I have come across in some time.
