Description

It is in very good condition for its age and fully functional, there has been a few quality repairs done to the early net mesh, and a new alloy butt cap and wooden screw have been fitted in more recent years. Some collectors/dealers believe this to be a Richard Walker net, as it bears many of the characteristics of one of his nets from that era, but others are not so sure, as it is different from the ones illustrated in Google images. But nevertheless, it IS a traditional 1950s carp net built to the same standards as other top quality nets of that period. The overall length 93″ width 36″ and net depth 43″ making this net plenty big enough to land a mammoth carp!

I have taken plenty of pictures to help you make your own judgement.
