In very good condition, it is full length, nice and straight with no sets or ticks,  and complete with a smooth cork “doughnut” shaped handle with knurled alloy reel slides, red rubber butt cap, agate butt, and tip rings with low-bell rings throughout, burgundy silk whippings with intermediates, and its original B James rod bag which is also in very good condition.
