Built in Japan to exceptionally high standards, the 7HT features a rigid one-piece duraluminium CT frame with a five-point support system, crossbar bracing, a lightweight anodised aluminium spool, and a centrifugal braking system designed to reduce backlash. It’s fitted with three stainless steel ball bearings, aluminium/bronze gears, a mechanical brake with interchangeable blocks, and a smooth star drag—making it both robust and easy to use.
