In new unused condition, it has been bought and never used and is a complete ‘time-capsule” as I doubt there are many, if any in this condition, even the bag and label looks new!  It is complete with red silk whippings tipped with green, agate butt and tip rings with stand-off rings throughout, it is nice and straight with NO sets or ticks.
