In superb condition as I doubt it has been used more than once or twice, complete with a smooth cork handle with a down locking alloy reel slide, low-bell guide ring with fine wire snake rings throughout with bronze coloured silk whippings and presented in its original fitted bag and a good quality alloy travel tube.

After speaking to a number of our professional contacts and clients we can confirm that this is a Phillipson Peerless blank with original ferrules etc that has been refurbished at some point in the UK.
